Carrie Hoover has been involved in the real estate industry since 1970. Licensed in the State of Texas since 1976, she has broad and diversified knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry. She began her career leasing apartments in Houston, Tx. while attending school and quickly climbed to the top of her profession as a District Property Manager for one of the largest real estate companies in the country. She obtained her certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1982. As a Residential Manager to District Property Manager overseeing a large portfolio, she has been involved in residential sales, listing and marketing since 1989.
